Settings

Open it: in the sidebar, choose Settings. It’s a page of cards grouped into four areas:

• Business — Brand, Billing, Markets.
• Selling & fulfillment — Payments, Shipping, Locations.
• Website & communication — Domains, Email sending, URL redirects.
• Team & access — Team & roles, Activity log.

Most Settings pages are shown only to brand admins (Payments, Shipping and Locations are also open to store managers; URL redirects to editors). If you don’t see a card, you may not have access — ask a brand admin.

Two distinctions worth knowing before you start:

• Billing is your subscription to Primiox. Payments is what your shoppers pay you with. They’re different pages.
• Some commerce settings (tax rates, price lists) are set up in the commerce backend during provisioning, not freely edited here — each page says so where it applies.
