Reviews

Open it: Products → Reviews.

Customer reviews arrive pending and stay hidden on the storefront until you approve them. This screen is a moderation inbox: the list on the left, the selected review on the right.

Moderate

• Filter with the status tabs — Pending, Approved, Rejected, All — the rating filter (All + 5…1 stars), the Verified buyers checkbox, and search.
• Open a review and choose Approve or Reject. (Keyboard: A approve, R reject, J/K next/previous.)
• Reject asks for a reason — Spam or promotional, Offensive or abusive, Not about this product, Contains personal data, Not a genuine customer, Duplicate, or Other — plus an optional note. Choose Confirm reject.
• The trash icon deletes a review permanently (with a confirm).

Choose a neutral, truthful reason when rejecting. Rejecting a review just for being negative is review suppression under consumer-protection rules, and every moderation action is recorded in the audit log.

Approving a review updates the product’s star rating on the storefront automatically.

• Replying to a review isn’t available in the admin — you can approve, reject, or delete.
• Star-rating roll-ups aren’t edited here; they’re calculated automatically from approved reviews.
