Abandoned carts
Shoppers who added products and left without paying show up here.
Open it: Orders → Abandoned carts. (This needs an online store.)
A cart counts as abandoned when it still has items and has gone idle — untouched for the window you choose. Carts that have any payment attempt against them are not shown here; those are orders, not abandoned carts.
What you see
Four tiles summarize the window:
- Left in carts — how many idle carts.
- Can be reminded — carts with an email on file.
- No email — carts left before the shopper gave an email.
- Average value per abandoned cart.
Tabs filter to All, Recoverable (has an email), or No email. Use the idle control — Idle 1h+, 24h+, 7 days+ — and the search box (shopper, email, or product).
Each row shows the Shopper (or Guest), the Products, the Value, how long ago they Left, and a Recovery pill (Recoverable or No email).
How recovery works
Recovery is automatic. When a cart has an email and no payment attempt, Primiox sends one reminder email per cart, after it’s been idle for about an hour. There’s no button here to send, preview, or resend it — the Recovery column just tells you whether an automatic reminder is possible.
Use Export to download the list (shopper, email, items, value) if you want to follow up by hand.
