Billing

Open it: Settings → Billing (brand admins).

This is your subscription to Primiox — not what your shoppers pay you (that’s Payments).

What’s here

• Your plan — your current plan and status (Trial, Active, Payment overdue, or Canceled). When a card is on file, Manage card and invoices opens the secure billing portal.
• Choose your plan — a Plan selector (Core, Growth, Scale), a Billing toggle (Monthly / Annual), and Extra shops with a point of sale. The totals per month/year update as you choose.
• Pay with Pay by card (Stripe) or Pay with PayPhone. Have a code? Use Have a code? → Apply code.
• Payment history lists past charges with Invoice links.

New brands start on a 30-day trial. Enterprise and other contract plans aren’t self-serve here — they’re priced by contract.

If the server you’re on has no billing provider configured, you’ll see “Online payment isn’t set up on this server yet. Contact Primiox to change your plan.” — in that case changing the plan is handled by Primiox.
