All orders

Every online and in-store sale for this brand and market shows up here.

Open it: in the admin sidebar, choose Orders. It lands on the All orders list.

The views

Across the top are work-queue tabs, each with a live count:

  • All — every order in the window.
  • To fulfill — confirmed and paid, waiting to be shipped or picked up.
  • Unpaid — placed but nothing settled yet.
  • Fulfilled — delivered or picked up.
  • Cancelled.

If some orders were paid but never confirmed, a warning appears above the list: “{n} paid order(s) aren’t confirmed — the payment went through but the order is still a quotation, so it won’t be picked or shipped.” Open those and Confirm them.

Find an order

  • Search by order number, customer name, or email.
  • Channel — switch between All, Online, and In store.
  • Date window — Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days (default), Last 90 days, or Any time. The date shown on each order is the date it was placed.
  • Invoice status — Any invoice status, Invoiced, or Not invoiced. (In Ecuador you’ll also see Rejected by the SRI.)

With All channels you can page through the first 300 orders. To go further, pick a single channel or use search.

Reading the list

Each row shows the Order number (with its channel and placed date), the Customer, a Status, and the Total. The Status stacks up to three badges:

Payment

  • Paid — a payment has been captured.
  • Authorized — funds are held but not yet captured.
  • Awaiting payment — placed, nothing settled.
  • Partially refunded / Refunded.
  • Or the order’s own stage: Draft, Sent, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled.

Fulfillment

  • Unfulfilled — not shipped yet.
  • In progress — partly shipped.
  • Delivered — shipped and out of stock.
  • Picked up — collected in store.

Invoice — Not invoiced, Draft invoice, or Invoiced (plus the tax authority’s status where electronic invoicing applies).

Act on several at once

Tick the checkboxes to select orders, then:

  • Mark {n} as delivered — for selected paid online orders still owing a delivery.
  • Export — download the selected (or all matching) orders as a CSV.
