Discounts
Open it: in the sidebar, choose Discounts.
Discounts are codes customers enter at checkout (or at the till) for a percent or fixed amount off their order.
Pick a brand in the workspace switcher first. If you see “Loyalty is not enabled yet”, this feature isn’t switched on for your brand — ask the platform team to enable it, then refresh. (The + New coupon button is hidden until then.)
Create a discount
- Choose + New coupon (top-right). A New coupon panel opens.
- Fill in:
- Name (required, e.g. “Spring Sale”) — your own label for it.
- Code (required, e.g.
SPRING25) — what the customer types at checkout. - Discount type — Percent off or Fixed off (currency amount).
- The value — Percent (1–100) for percent, or Amount off for fixed.
- Min cart subtotal (optional) — the minimum order before the code applies;
0means no minimum.
- Choose Create coupon. (It stays disabled until Name and Code are filled.)
The discount applies to the whole order, and every discount is a code the customer enters.
Manage discounts
The list shows Name, Code, Discount, Min subtotal, and Status (Active or Archived). Search by name, or untick Active only to see archived ones.
- Edit a discount to change it, or toggle its Active checkbox to pause/resume it.
- Archive stops shoppers redeeming it (you can re-enable it later from Edit).
Good to know
- Discounts here are percent or fixed only — there’s no free-shipping, buy-X-get-Y, or automatic (no-code) discount, and start/end dates and usage limits aren’t set from this screen.
- Gift cards aren’t available in the admin yet — despite the name “Discounts & Gift Cards” elsewhere, there’s no gift-card issue/redeem feature to configure today.
