Markets
Open it: Settings → Markets (brand admins).
A market is one brand selling in one country — it carries that country’s currency, languages, domain, and launch stage. The list has view tabs Active, Inactive, Suspended, Archived.
Add a market
- Choose + New Market.
- Fill the record, which is organized into tabs:
- General — Brand, Name (e.g. “United States”), Country (ISO code), Currency, an optional Monthly sales goal (feeds the Home dashboard), and Status.
- Localization — Supported locales, Default locale, Timezone, First day of week, Tax display (Tax-inclusive or Tax-exclusive — EU markets usually include VAT; US shows prices tax-excluded), and Measurement units (Metric or Imperial). Toggles let a market inherit the brand styleguide and storefront settings.
- Domains — the market’s addresses (see Domains).
- Save.
About taxes and pricing
You set the currency and tax display here. The actual tax rates and price lists are configured in the commerce backend during provisioning — there’s no free-form tax-rate editor in the admin. Each market is its own commerce company, so its taxes and prices are scoped to it.
Going live with a market is driven from Launch Center once its checks pass.
