Email sending
Open it: Settings → Email sending (brand admins).
This sets who your emails come from — the sender identity on every email from your brand — and the DNS that lets you send as your own domain.
Set your sender
Under Your sender:
- Choose Send through — The Primiox mail service, showing your brand name, or Your own domain.
- Set the transactional Sender name, From address, and Reply-to address. (The From address is used once its domain is verified; until then mail goes out from the Primiox address showing your name.)
- Optionally set a separate Marketing sender name / Marketing from address (blank inherits the transactional one).
- Sender per market lets a market override the brand defaults.
- Save.
Send from your own domain
- Choose Add domain and enter the domain (e.g.
us.yourbrand.com). - Add the three DNS records Primiox shows (Type / Name / Value, with Copy) at your registrar.
- Choose Check verification. Until it’s Verified, email goes from the Primiox address showing your brand name.
Check it works
- Run the checks verifies the provider, sender domain, bounce wiring, and each market’s commerce backend.
- Send a test email sends yourself a test (with delivery / bounce / complaint simulation options).
- Sync sender to commerce pushes the same sender to the commerce backend so order confirmations and invoices match.
