Sign in & the admin

The admin is where you run your store — products, orders, customers, your website, and settings. You reach it in a web browser at your store’s address followed by /admin (for example yourbrand.com/admin).

Sign in

1. Go to /admin — you land on the Sign in screen.
2. Choose how to sign in:
   • Password — enter your Email and Password, then choose Sign in.
   • Email link — choose Email me a link; a one-time sign-in link arrives in your inbox and expires in 15 minutes.
3. Forgot your password? Choose Forgot your password?, then Send reset link, and follow the email to set a new one (at least 8 characters).

Finding your way around

The admin has a left sidebar with three zones:

Top — your workspace. If you run more than one brand or market, the switcher at the top shows the current one. Click it to open Switch brand, pick a brand, then pick a market under it. Use Find a brand to search. Everything you do applies to the brand and market selected here.

Middle — the sections. The main areas, in order:

• Home — your dashboard.
• Launch Center — the go-live checklist (until your store is live).
• Orders — online and in-store sales (and Abandoned carts).
• Products — your catalog: inventory, categories, attributes, badges & tags, reviews.
• Customers — the people who bought or signed up.
• Website — your storefront: pages, navigation, design, media, shop & checkout.
• Marketing — contacts, sign-up forms, emails, newsletter.
• Discounts — promotions and codes.
• Point of Sale — selling in person. See the Point of Sale guide.
• Settings — brand, markets, payments, shipping, domains, team and more.

Some sections open a page with tabs across the top (Products, Orders), and some open a page of cards (Website, Settings). Sections you don’t use may be hidden — for example, in-person selling only appears when it’s switched on for your brand.

Bottom — your account. The button with your initials opens Theme (Light / Dark), Language, Your profile, and Sign out.

Home

Home greets you and summarizes the business, with tabs across the top — Overview, Sales, Operations, Customers, Storefront. Use the date range (Today / 7 days / 30 days / 90 days) to change the window.

Some Home panels are still being connected (visitor analytics, the conversion funnel, and a few goals show “coming soon”). Your live numbers for orders, customers, and products are real; those marked coming soon are not wired yet.
