Import products (CSV)
Open it: Products → Import (top-right).
You can add many products at once from a CSV file (up to about 1 MB / 10,000 rows). Excel files aren’t supported directly — in Excel or Sheets choose File → Save as (or Download) → CSV, then upload that.
1. Download the template
Choose Download template (.csv) and Download column guide. The template already has a stock column for each of your locations plus two example rows; the guide explains every column (product fields, variant columns, per-location stock, and image columns).
2. Check your file
- Choose Choose file and pick your CSV.
- Choose Check file.
Nothing is added yet. Primiox reads the whole file and reports every problem at once, by row, in a table of Row / Column / Problem, with totals. If there are any errors you’ll see “This file can’t be imported yet. Fix the rows listed below, save, and check it again — we never import part of a file.”
3. Import
Once the check is clean, choose Import {count} product(s). Products are created as drafts unless the status column says active; stock levels and images from the file are applied right after. If some stock or images didn’t follow, they’re listed separately so you can finish them by hand.
