Team & roles
Open it: Settings → Team (brand admins).
These are the people who can sign in to the admin. Roles and per-brand access control what each person sees and changes.
Invite someone
- Choose Invite a person.
- Set Full name, Email, and a Password.
- Choose an Access type:
- Back-office — works in the CMS; pick a role below.
- Till only — signs in only to the storefront till, no CMS access; pick the store they sell at.
- For back-office, pick a role (below).
- Under Which brands this person can work in, choose their brand(s).
- Save.
Roles
- Admin — full control of their brands (including publish + store).
- Editor — create/edit drafts (publish and store are separate permissions).
- Reviewer — approve only.
- Translator — edit their languages only.
- Viewer — read-only, no customer data.
- Support — orders and refunds.
- Marketing — contacts, campaigns, and discounts.
- Store manager — the whole store, no CMS content.
Extra permissions
Alongside the role you can grant specific abilities:
- Can publish content (flip drafts live).
- Can manage the store (products, pricing, orders).
- Can sell at the till (open a shift, take payment) — the cashier permission; it does not allow editing products or pricing.
- For cashiers: whether they can issue refunds at the till, and the largest discount they may give.
You can also narrow a person to specific markets or stores. Listing any store makes them store staff — they see those shops’ tills, shifts, counter sales, and stock, and no online orders.
Which roles are available depends on the plan — entry plans allow Admin, Editor, and Viewer.
