Inventory
Open it: Products → Inventory.
This is your stock operations table — on hand, committed and available, per SKU and per location, always up to date. (It’s different from the product list, which is for editing products.)
What you see
Five tiles summarize stock: Stock value at cost, Units available, Low stock, Out of stock, and Incoming.
Filter tabs: All, In stock, Low stock, Out of stock (and Not stocked here at a specific location). Use the Location picker and the search box (product or SKU).
Columns: Product (with SKU/variant), Location, On hand, Reserved (committed to orders), Available, and Status.
Adjust stock
- Pick a single location (you can only edit counts at one location — a total across locations can’t be written back).
- On the row, choose the edit (pencil) button — Edit on hand.
- Enter the new on-hand number and a Reason for the adjustment. On store-operations plans you can also set Reorder min / Reorder max.
- Press Enter to save (Escape cancels).
Every change is recorded with full history. Use Export to download the table. On store-operations plans with two or more locations, Move stock opens a transfer. (Receiving stock from suppliers is done in the commerce backend.)
